Life is such a magical thing..The very essence of it lies in the enjoying those precious moments of true joy,enduring those harships and backing yourself when you come to a state where there is no tommarrow.....It is a journey to be transgressed alone wherein your surroundings should just a backdrop which shud cause no perceptable difference in your quest for destiny...
Alas that is hardly the case and this again is the true bueaty of life..The acquiantances we make enroute,close relatives whom we consider our own,and those counted few
who put you down at every possible instance and make you introspect really deep all DO infact make a difference....
There are those rare moments in life when you feel totally empty,hollow and isolated...You think of yourself as omnipotent with absolute control but there you are holding on to you bated ego unable to pull yourself back to reality....The ultimate truth is you are all alone and you know it only too well..but you cant take it at the moment... you are unable to handle it and find yourself slipping to the nadir of sorrow although you very much would like to get a good hold of yourself...Where is your strength??Where is the person who you knew in yourself who had turned it around for you from hopeless situations...You are pining for him but alas he is nowhere to be seen....
It is in these instances that the you need someone to hold you..someone to pat you on the back and say.."Hey buddy...its not that bad ..be yourself"....And here comes the significance of that magical person be it your friend,relative or even a stranger...He/She could motivate you by words,by deeds,by touch or even by a mere smile...AND THERE YOU ARE>>>>>>YOU ARE BACK>>>>>>>>>>>>>IN ALL ENERGY ,IN ALL VITALITY AND WITH THE FULLEST OF BELIEF THAT NOTHING HAD EVER BEEN AS POSSIBLE AS IT IS NOW...That is the power of motivation..and it could come from anybody.....
One observation i have made is that wisdom is not propotional to age..People whom you look upon can make the silliest of utterences at times which can have a totally damning effect(atleast temperorily) and people whom you least expect can make your day...
As is mentioned in the scriptures:
Yukthi yuktham vacho grahyam baladapi sukadapi
Yukthi heenam vacharsyajyam vridhadapi sukadapi
meaning what ever is the truth must be accepted in its face value be it coming from a boy or a parrot(suka in sanskrit means parrot)..and what ever is inconsistant ought to be rejected straigh away even if it comes from an old man or sage suka himself(suka in the second line referes to the sage..)
